This was shipped in the original manufacturer’s plastic bag which would have been fine but there are a couple of small air holes in the bag and the curtain has a dirt spot where the holes are. I am very pleased with the curtains so I don’t want to return, I will try to wash the spot but I think it should have been placed in another mailing bag over the other bag.Nice quality - love that they are machine washable. They have a satiny feel and very well made. I found out that I had bought the same curtains, only longer for our bedroom window! Good buy!These are very nice and keep the house cooler...that's a bonus with the electricity bill skyrocketing.These are definitely not the thickest, and some light still gets through, but not too bad.The material is nice, soft, and has matte finish. I'm not using them for light blocking but rather junk blocking in my utility room. The hem is off by at least an inch, and if these were going to be put in a living area I'd want an exchange however since they're in a low traffic area I'll just keep them. They make the room look clean now because before all you could see was dusty junky boxes on the shelves, they've made a massive improvement that's why I'm giving 4 stars.Purchased for basement windows, they look great and material is high quality and blocks out sun when needed.
