I love my chairs !! They feel solid and no exposed screw. They look just like the real deal. The only thing is 2 of the chairs arrived damaged, the box was torn apart. The return process was so easy. They sent me a ups label and I dropped off the chairs at UPS. 3 days later I got my chairs replaced. The “Packaging” of the chair is not great and UPS must have toss them around and broke thru the boxes. I love them so much, I bought 2 more and now have a set of six.Just as the baby bear's chair was just the right one for Goldlocks, this chair was just the right one for me. Because of the narrow knee hole in the vintage desk I had found, I needed a chair that would be narrow enough to fit under the desk . . . it had to be much more narrow than any standard chairs. But happily, not only was this chair the perfect size, it did not require sacrificing comfort, sturdiness or style. Five stars all the way!I have seen these chairs in many design instagram photos.They have a great modern industrial vibe.Not the most comfortable chair but adds lots of style for a great price.I found the price reasonable and delivery was perfect. Had no issue except a couple of them had chips on its legs... but we could easily fix it. Don’t expect the real Prouve chair but something similar with reasonable price!Very well made and easily fit it my small makeshift desk from IKEA.Disclosure: I was asked to review this item in exchange for a nominal credit from Amazon. I bought a pair of these chairs. One of the two I received had a small crack in the backrest. It may have happened in production or shipping, but I chose to live with it, rather than deal with repacking and return. Other than that, they are fine — comfortable and stylish.This is a fairly nice chair, and I'm glad to have a chair that has the style of a Prouve chair at a price I can afford. In my experience, Modway products are a good value for the price. My version had no damage from factory, and came fully assembled. I'm unhappy with the color, though. I purchased the Walnut/Black and the wood veneer is slightly orange, and it looks nothing like any walnut I've ever seen. Worst of all, I use the chair with a Walnut dining table, and the contrast makes the chair veneer appear utterly orange. I'm considering returning it and just getting black/black.Great quality for the price. Not flimsy by any means. Each chair came package individually - no need to put the chairs together. I highly recommend them.
